Reconnection Circles with Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

Come together to share powerful practices to activate a healthy flow of energy, cultivating balance, focus and grounding. Dive deep into Yoga Nidra - an effortless meditation practiced lying down - infused with Tibetan singing bowls, inducing a deeply restful state. An hour to reduce the hold of stress, anxiety and tension and come back to calm and balance in a friendly circle.

One to One / Private Group Sound Healing

With a private session we can create a yoga nidra tailored to suit your needs or you can benefit from a therapeutic sound healing session where bowls are placed carefully around you and on your body for very deep healing allowing you to release tension and blockages. We can also discuss what yoga nidra, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises would be most helpful to support your continued wellbeing.

Sessions can be held in our studio in Thalwil, at your home / office space or out in nature. These sessions can be 1-1 or small groups of family, friends or work colleges.

1-1 sessions are priced at 100.- or by alternative arrangement

Clarity to see how we can contribute — to peace, to justice, to planetary healing.

Am offering a 4-week online space to rest, reflect, and reconnect to your inner guidance. Through Yoga Nidra, nourishing movement, breathwork, and quiet inquiry, we come back to the calm confidence that lives inside us.

I offer this Journey free of charge and graciously accept voluntary contributions.

Mantras and Bhajans singing , Monday June 2nd, 2pm Online

Singing mantras is a powerful way to calm the mind and open the heart. The repetition of sacred sound vibrations helps to quiet inner chatter, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. Whether you're completely new to chanting or have a regular practice, this is a space to explore your voice in a supportive and devotional setting.

Each session includes:

  • ✨ Gentle breath practices to ground and center

  • 🎶 Live mantra and bhajan chanting with harmonium

  • 🌿 Time to share, reflect, and integrate in circle

Journey Home Retreat for Hong Kong Leavers, October 10-12th, Oxfordshire, UK

A retreat specially created for those who have left Hong Kong and are finding new ground in the UK.

- Gentle, comfortable, accessible yoga for health

- Yoga Nidra and Sound healing for deep relaxation

- Nature connection practices by the leaf shedding trees

- Community sharing circles to be heard and held

 

A warm, inclusive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the living world around you. A place to release some stress, tension and trauma, to honour your journey, your grief, your hopes— and to support you rooting into your new life. The retreat will be held in English with optional discussion groups in Cantonese. Sliding scale contributions are available to make this retreat accessible to all who feel called.
