Yoga offered in a way that is comfortable, nourishing, and adaptive — everything is invitational. You are encouraged to listen to your body and follow your own pace.
Women’s Wellness Yoga (Yoni Shakti)
A powerful, transformative program of healing arts to reconnect with your source of vitality, blood wisdom, and deep feminine intuition. These practices invite us to fully embody our feminine energy, including connection to wombs, breasts, menstrual cycles, motherhood, and menopause journeys.
Inspired by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli’s revolutionary eco-feminist yoga, this approach honours every life stage.
Yoga Nidra — The Art of Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra is a zero-effort practice of surrender, guiding you into profound states of relaxation.
Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra helps body and mind to restore and replenish.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a gentle and powerful way to reach deep places within us, beyond the thinking mind. Tibetan singing bowls create immediate relaxation, calming body and mind.
The vibration of sound moves through every cell, helping release tension, pain, fear, and difficult emotions — opening us to an optimal state for self-healing and deep peace.
Heart Meditation
Heart meditations to awaken loving-kindness, compassion, and joy — reconnecting us to the heart as the centre of healing.

About Myriam
Growing up in Singapore, finishing secondary school in Paris, going to university in London, and spending most of my adult life in Hong Kong, I 'returned' to my birth country Switzerland in 2022 after a lifetime abroad. I have learnt - the hard way - how to ground and come home to myself amidst big changes.
A Masters in Chinese Studies led to two decades of work with NGOs supporting underprivileged women in London, Hong Kong, and China. In 2007, co-founding Enrich, a Hong Kong charity empowering migrant workers.
After becoming a mother in 2009 while growing Enrich, I struggled with stress and anxiety, realising that my desire to contribute to a better world required me to heal myself first. This led me to study meditation and start a daily practice that transformed me.
Since 2016, I have been teaching these gentle and powerful practices, creating safe spaces for healing, rest, and reconnection. Today, I live in Thalwil, outside Zurich, with my husband and teenage son. I am passionate about sharing nourishing, restful and heart opening practices and building community to help humans come back to peace, connection and wellbeing to co-create the world we want to live in.
