Myriam co-creates a tailored yoga nidra with participants and you will have a chance to share experiences and ask questions about your yoga nidra practice. Join with a pillow and blanket, ready for some gentle movement, clearing breath practices and a delicious co-created Yoga Nidra relaxation and intention setting under the powerful energy of the New Moon.
