Service Description

With a private session we can create a yoga nidra tailored to suit your needs or you can benefit from a therapeutic sound healing session where bowls are placed carefully around you and on your body for very deep healing allowing you to release tension and blockages. We can also discuss what yoga nidra, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises would be most helpful to support your continued wellbeing. Sessions can be held in Zurich, Thalwil or out in nature.
